Help Support NCPHA

Anyone who lives within the NCPHA boundaries is considered a member of our organization. We ask that each property owner pay a minimum of $40.00 for annual dues (January ~ December). These fees are necessary to maintain the residential zoning and fight inappropriate commercial development and need constant replenishing.
